The PADDI Garment

The Paddi Garment was an outer plastic covering
into which was fixed a separate disposable Paddi Pad.
It did-up quickly using press-studs and had ribbons to adjust the waist size.
It also had ribbons to adjust the size of the leg openings to prevent leakage.
It was made from soft easily washable plastic.
When changing the baby, the mother would open the Paddi garment, remove and throw away the Paddi Pad, replace it with a clean one and then do the garment up again.
