PADDI PADS

Picture
Paddi Pads were made of layers of absorbent  cellulose.

This was covered by a layer of soft cotton-wool

to go next to the baby's skin.

The cellulose (which is paper) could safely be disposed

of down the loo.

(Nappies are called diapers in America)
